Everything you need to know before calling
There is no limit on the number of tows for the registered vehicle. Each tow covers a distance of up to 30 kilometers.
Light roadside assistance services (fuel delivery, jump-starts, lockouts, tire changes) are limited to a total of 4 incidents per year.
You are responsible for the cost of excess kilometers, and payment must be made before the towing begins.
Depending on the service provider’s safety rules, this may be possible. If not, assistance in arranging alternative transport (at your own expense) may be offered.
Unattended towing may be offered if an authorized person is present at the destination to receive the vehicle.
If access is not safe, the team will evaluate alternative solutions, and the intervention could be postponed.
The tug operator acts as an independent contractor. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours, prior to any repairs.
